Time zone meeting planner
Add the cities your team, clients or family are in, pick a day, and see every hour side by side. Working hours are shaded per city, the hours that suit everyone are marked, and daylight saving time is taken care of.
How it works
-
Add two to six cities or time zones.
-
Pick the day of the meeting and the working hours to aim for.
-
Read across the grid: the marked hours fall within everyone's working day.
-
Tick the hours you like and turn them into a poll, so everyone can say which suits them.
Frequently asked questions
Does it take daylight saving time into account?
Yes. Times come from the official time zone database for the date you pick, so a meeting after the clocks change shows the right times in every city.
What counts as working hours?
From 9:00 to 17:00 local time by default. You can change the range, and it applies to every city.
What if no hour works for everyone?
Widen the working hours, or look at the lighter early and late hours: outside the working day, but not the middle of the night.
Can I share the result?
Yes. The page address changes with your cities, day and hours, so you can copy it and send it on.
How do we settle on one time?
Tick the hours that suit everyone and choose "Turn these slots into a poll". Pickadate makes a free poll with those times, and everyone says which ones work.
