Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. What Pickadate is
Pickadate is a free scheduling tool for proposing dates, confirming attendance, coordinating availability, or opening registration for an event. Creating and managing an event never requires an account — an emailed private link is enough on its own. Signing up for an account is optional, and only lets you see, in one place, the events you've organized or responded to.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Pickadate to:
- send unsolicited or unwanted invitations, or otherwise spam people;
- impersonate someone else, or submit a response using an email address you don't control;
- upload or post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the service's rate limits or access controls.
We may remove content or restrict access for events that violate these terms.
3. Your content
You're responsible for the accuracy of the event details, invitee lists, and any text you submit. We don't review event content before it's published, and we don't claim ownership of it.
4. No warranty
Pickadate is provided "as is," with no guarantee that it will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We aren't liable for lost data, missed events, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Pickadate after a change means you accept the updated terms.
