Is this Secret Santa generator free?
Yes. It's free, has no ads and needs no account and no email addresses.
Can I stop couples from drawing each other?
Yes. Under Exclusions, put people who shouldn't draw each other on one line, like "Anna, Ben". If the exclusions leave no possible draw, you'll be told instead of getting one that breaks the rules.
Can the organizer see who drew whom?
Not unless you choose to. Your organizer page lists everyone's private link, not the matches. If you're not taking part yourself, you can tick "Let me see who drew whom" before the draw.
Do participants need an account or an app?
No. Everyone just opens their own link in any browser, on any phone.
How long is a draw kept?
Until three months after the gift exchange, or six months after the draw if you didn't set a date. Then it's deleted automatically. You can also delete it yourself at any time.
Does it work for other name draws too?
Yes: Kris Kringle, an office gift exchange, a white elephant or a Sinterklaas draw all work the same way.
